Job Description

Our client is a passionate, non-profit organisation providing high-quality support to help people build a better future. They are seeking a Temporary Store Manager to drive the business forward and maximise their sales. In this role, you\’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to- day operations of your volunteer team!

Overview:

  • Location: Little Venice
  • On-site
  • Temporary Assignment: 3 months
  • 10am-6pm Wednesday- Sunday
  • Β£14.24 per hour
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • To motivate volunteers, ensuring the effective operations of the shop. This includes driving volunteer recruitment.
  • Engage with the local community and educate them on the company mission.
  • Ensuring the team feels valued and respected.
  • Understanding the shop progress and maximise every aspect of the business.
  • Manage potential workplace risks and combat them with relevant safety procedures.
  • Utilise the STC Retail strategy and take on a collaborative approach with the team to provide support and embracing everyone.
  • Key Skills:

  • Experience with working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting targets and analysing progress.
  • Comfortable with utilising IT programs and Microsoft office proficiency.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintains positive relationships with customers and volunteers.
