Key Responsibilities Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and internal databases. Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent. Review CVs and conduct initial phone or video screening for candidate skills, experience and language capabilities. Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data. Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a strong ambassador for the organisation. About You Fluent in German and English Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, customer service or sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with recruitment systems.
