Temporary HR Coordinator

This dynamic screen company is seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to assist their Operations and HR team over a three-week period. The role will offer the opportunity to be in skilled and inclusive workplace, with professionals who are dedicated to the innovation of the screen sector.
Overview:
- Temporary: 3 weeks
- £15 per hour
- Immediate Start
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for the managers and staff regarding all professional HR advice and guidance.
- Provide support to the HR Manager in the handling office issues and ensuring a positive approach to adjustments.
- Coordinate with the HR and Operations team to continuously improve HR processes and ensure they comply with internal values.
- Manage the advertising of roles, both on job boards and through recruitment agencies.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise with the finance team to confirm the correct personal and contractual details are available.
- Action training requests, source providers and track attendance.
- Provide general office support when required to support the operations team.
About You:
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages.
- Experienced in actioning HMRC IR35 checks.
- In depth knowledge of employment law.
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to multitask.
- The ability to self- motivate and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Understanding of payroll administration with experience of supporting a payroll team.
Educational Experience Required:
- Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent experience gained within a busy HR Department Work related experience.
- 2+ years\’ experience
