HR Administrator - Covent Garden

Immediate Start until the end of the year

£16 per hour

9am - 5pm

35 hours per week

Monday-Friday office based

We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a busy HR team in a varied and fast-paced role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator looking to develop their experience within HR.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support across HR, payroll, recruitment, and onboarding, ensuring processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting payroll administration and responding to payroll queries
• Processing starters, leavers, and employee changes on the HR system
• Coordinating interviews and recruitment administration
• Managing pre-employment checks and Right to Work documentation
• Supporting new starter inductions and onboarding
• Monitoring HR inboxes and responding to employee queries
• Preparing HR documentation and letters
• Maintaining accurate records and confidential employee information
• Supporting benefits administration and other general HR tasks

About you:

• Previous experience in a busy administration role, ideally within HR
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
