Job Description

Our long-standing client is seeking a Temporary Administration Assistant to provide support to their passionate customer service team. This company offers the opportunity to work in an environment that embraces trust and professionalism, with a focus on customer support.   • Assist customers with queries regarding the company\’s service.
  • Respond to queries in a timely and efficient manner, while up keeping the high professional standards.
  • Input customer data accurately on various company platforms.
  • Prepare incoming and outgoing post.
  • Provide general administrative support when required.
