This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate receptionist who thrives in a client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering a first-class service.

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, polished, and seamless experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to all clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Manage all incoming internal and external calls efficiently, directing enquiries with confidence and discretion.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are impeccably presented before, during, and after meetings.
  • Work closely with the Events and Marketing teams to support the planning, setup, and delivery of internal events and client functions.
  • Arrange catering for meetings, boardroom lunches, and corporate events.
  • Prepare new starter welcome packs, security passes, and onboarding documentation.
  • Book taxis and assist with travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
  • Maintain reception and front-of-house areas to the highest professional standards, ensuring they remain organised, welcoming, and representative of the company's brand.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider office team as required.

About You

  • Previous experience within a corporate Front of House, Reception, or Client Services role is essential, ideally within financial or professional services.
  • Immaculately presented with a polished, professional, and approachable manner.
  • An exceptional communicator with fluent spoken and written English.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
