Working with one of London’s top-ranking law firms, we have a great interim 6 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor, with HR from legal or professional services.
Working within fabulous offices, you’ll be part of a highly regarded team, providing support to the HRBPs, working with senior stakeholders and delivering exceptional outcomes. People really are at the heart of the organisation, with collaboration, flexibility and team working not just values but actions.
- Provide support on all aspects of absence management including monitoring sickness absence rates and return to work guidance, occupational health referrals and follow ups and produce and analyse reports.
- Assist HR Business Partners with any disciplinary, grievance or performance-related issues.
- Assist with ad hoc queries on all HR issues e.g. policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment etc (and take part in the team rota to manage the HR Inbox).
- Assist HR Business Partner with the preparation of salary reviews.
- Assist with the annual review process.
- Administer family leave (maternity, paternity, shared parental and adoption leave) and flexible working requests.
- Input data correctly into the monthly payroll.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse data.
- Manage probation processes of mid-probation and end of probation for all new joiners.
- Assist with the processing of benefits.
- Provide support for ad hoc team projects and initiatives.
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
