Our client, a fast-growth retailer, is seeking organised and proactive HR Administrators to join their busy HR team on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who is available immediately and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day HR administrative support.
- Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and other employee documentation.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinating interviews and managing recruitment administration.
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries professionally.
- Assisting with payroll administration and compliance activities where required.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in an HR Administration role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to work independently, prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to start immediately and commit to the assignment until the end of September.
