Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for fast-paced environments? We’re looking for several skilled recruitment professionals to join a dynamic team for an exciting role, based in Wimbledon. This office-based role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a leading FMCG company, supporting a surge in volume recruitment for multiple regions as well as the head office.
About the Role:
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across different regions and the head office. You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, CV databases, and direct outreach. You will conduct telephone interviews, screen applications, coordinate interviews, schedule assessment days, and ensure a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates across various channels: job boards, CV databases, and proactive outreach.
- Screening applications to identify top talent for multiple regions and head office roles.
- Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and managing candidate schedules.
- Managing assessment days, handling logistics and communication.
- Providing general recruitment admin support to ensure the process runs smoothly.
- Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous recruitment experience in-house or agency, particularly in high-volume recruitment and fast-paced environments.
- Experience supporting regional teams as well as head office recruitment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and regions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Comfortable working in a structured, delivery-focused team.
