Our client, a fast-growing, data-driven technology business, is looking for a Talent Executive to join their People team. This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing and early-stage screening, perfect for someone early in their talent career who wants to build strong recruitment fundamentals.
The Role
You will support hiring for commercial and engineering roles in London and commercial roles in New York. This role focuses on efficiently identifying, engaging, and screening candidates to improve hiring efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Build and refine search strategies to balance speed and quality.
- Craft personalised outreach messages that reflect company values.
- Review applications and conduct initial screening calls.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Support process efficiency using AI tools where appropriate.
- Work towards key metrics on candidate generation and conversion.
About You:
- 1โ3 yearsโ experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent coordination (agency or in-house).
- Experience managing high-volume sourcing and screening.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work at pace.
- Experience in tech or SaaS environments is advantageous.
