Personal Assistant to Directors West End (Hybrid) To £55000 + excellent benefits and bonus Our client is a very successful private equity firm with stunning offices in Mayfair. Due to internal promotion, they are urgently recruiting for an experienced Team PA to look after 2 MD’s and 4 VPs in all aspects of ever-changing diary management and some travel arrangements internationally. This role will liaise with Investor relations to align with work priorities and ensure that external and internal stakeholders are supported with high quality documentation and communications. Working closely with the Executive Assistants, you will have the opportunity to work for an exciting business that is the talk of the Finance sector. The office works on a largely office-based model however this role can work 1 day from home every other week. You will ideally have previous experience in Corporate Finance, but this client will consider other fast-paced, pressurised environments such as Real Estate and Executive Search. You should have strong communication skills and have a proactive, collaborative approach to working in a dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team PA who wants to build their career towards an Executive Assistant role where you will be mentored by some of the best in the business! Salary is dependent on experience.
