Our client is a well-established HQ of a European construction firm. The office of around 35 staff is currently based near Old St however will be relocating next year to the Blackhorse Road (Victoria line/ London overground) area. This area is part of a major redevelopment that will have lots of restaurants and retail groups, alongside other businesses.
An urgent PA position looking after the 3 Directors has arisen that will involve organisation of high-quality corporate events in Europe. This is not an inbox management role but is more focused on diary and meeting managements. The Personal Assistant will organise mainly European travel and build strong relationships with the key clients, the majority of whom will be senior stakeholders in the Tech sector.
The ideal Personal Assistant will have worked in a similar role and sector and will be used to working with lots of conflicting deadlines. This is a really varied role in a professional but also laid-back environment where the employees are highly regarded and valued.
Advanced MS office skills, including PowerPoint, are essential, as is a proactive and detailed approach to work.
Hours are 8-5pm and whilst the rest of the office is fully based, there is flexibility for the right candidate to work from home one day per week. Salary is dependent on experience.
