Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
We invite a degree‑educated Personal Assistant to provide first‑class support to the CEO and Founder of a well‑established consultancy firm with a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial culture and a global network of FTSE 100 clients. The role is city based (Hybrid) and full‑time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s global diary and coordinate international travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the CEO’s right‑hand, ensuring priorities are delivered seamlessly and that the executive’s schedule is optimised.
- Liaise with senior leadership, clients, partners, and board members, building trusted relationships and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee the CEO’s speaking engagements, conference participation, and media interactions.
- Provide high‑level administrative support on high‑profile client initiatives and global projects.
Qualifications
- Degree‑educated with prior experience supporting a senior executive (CEO, Founder, or Partner) in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong global diary and travel management experience, ideally across US and international time zones.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and relationship‑building skills.
- Thrives in a client‑focused, high‑performance culture; experience in consultancy, tech, or professional services is highly advantageous.
