Location: City of London, hybrid (1 day WFH)

Our client is a well-established non-profit organisation focused on community improvements through partnerships with local businesses and government. You will be part of a small, dynamic team organizing key city events and initiatives, ensuring access to cultural and sporting activities for workers and residents.

Due to expansion, they are recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant or team assistant to support their Bid Director in all aspects of company initiatives and goals. This key role involves:

  • Arranging and minuting Board meetings and Steering committees
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating attendees
  • Sending follow-up documentation

It requires a highly organized PA with strong verbal and written communication skills. Board or governance experience is preferred. Youth mobility visas will be considered.
