We\’re Hiring: Team Assistant | Asset Management | £40–45000 + bonus | West End (Hybrid) An international asset management firm with offices in New York, Miami, and London (Mayfair) is expanding its London team! We\’re looking for a proactive and polished Team Assistant to support 6 busy investment professionals.

What you\’ll be doing:

Diary and global travel management
Acting as the go-to person in the office – managing supplies, greeting clients
Working closely with two EAs and providing cover during annual leave
Playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a boutique, high-performing office

What we\’re looking for:

2+ years\’ experience in a fast-paced support role (ideally Finance)
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive, detail-focused approach and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
