This is a broad and varied role where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, administration and people processes that keep the business running smoothly.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems and improving the way a growing organisation operates.
Working in a small and cohesive team.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations, systems, processes and administration.
Manage HR administration including contracts, employee records, onboarding, compliance and payroll information.
Support recruitment from advertising and candidate screening through to interviews, references and onboarding.
Build strong relationships with schools, parents and staff, responding to enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Manage bookings, invoicing, payment reconciliation and general financial administration.
Coordinate stock, equipment, resources and logistics across services, camps and events.
Support the Directors with partnerships, business development, marketing and growth initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and operational efficiency.
