Our client, a leading Law firm based in central London, is seeking an experienced Office Services Team Lead to join their dynamic office support team. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this is a varied and fast-paced role within an organisation renowned for its strong client relationships and collaborative working culture.

You will be responsible for managing a team of seven, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office services. As such, we are looking for candidates with recent experience leading an office services or reception team within a professional services environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on leader to join a supportive team in a firm that truly values its people.

The role will include:

  • Facilitating 1:1 meetings and appraisals
  • Daily floor walks to ensure maintenance and housekeeping issues are reported and in process
  • Acting as first point of call for complaints
  • Ensuring sickness and absences are covered
  • Assisting the Facilities Manager as and when required with office moves, projects and general ad hoc duties
  • Ensuring the office remains tidy and organised
  • Monitoring stationery, printers and photocopiers to ensure stock levels are sufficient

  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills (respectful, positive, articulate, professional and sympathetic)
  • Delivers helpful internal services with a β€œcan do” approach, shows commercial awareness and represents the department/firm appropriately
  • Customer driven and able to set and work to the highest of standards
  • Able to manage own workload and meet deadlines
  • A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships across the business

Salary will be dependent upon experience.
