We are currently recruiting Customer Service Assistants to join an established client based in Motherwell.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting customers through email and live webchat, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and live webchat
- Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer support
- Handling and resolving customer queries accurately and promptly
- Working towards individual performance and customer service targets
- Maintaining a high standard of written communication
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all customer interactions
- Delivering a positive customer experience every time
About You
We are looking for people who are:
- Confident communicators with excellent written and verbal skills
- Customer-focused and professional
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Able to work towards targets and deadlines
- Quick to learn and confident taking on new information
- Positive, reliable and willing to develop their skills
Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.

- Rotating shifts between 08:30 and 17:30
