Permanent Team PA – Executive Team Support

Central London Chancery Lane/ Holborn

Our client, a fast-growing technology firm, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Team PA to provide comprehensive support to an eight-member Executive Team. Reporting into the Executive Assistant to CEO, this role is ideal for an experienced Team PA who enjoys managing complex logistics, senior-level administration and meeting coordination within a dynamic, scaling business. You will play a central role in ensuring the Executive Team operates efficiently and effectively, while benefiting from a supportive, sociable and forward-thinking culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing all domestic and international travel for members of the Executive Team
  • Managing business expenses and overseeing the submission and approval process for executive expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Supporting additional administrative and finance-related tasks for senior leaders as required
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Executive Team, including proofreading and formatting reports and presentations
  • Managing documentation processes that require executive authorisation
  • Supporting scheduling, correspondence and day-to-day administrative tasks for members of the Executive Team
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms for senior leadership and executive meetings
  • Coordinating catering, room setup and logistics for internal and client-facing meetings and executive events

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident managing complex travel arrangements and expense processes
  • Professional, discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
