We are seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator (IRC) to support communication between the company and its investors, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent messaging across all channels. The role is centred around coordinating investor events, and supporting senior stakeholders with reporting, roadshows, and shareholder engagement activities.
The role is ideally suited to a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and have prior exposure to investor relations—either through direct experience within an IR function or by supporting an IR team.
A central responsibility of the position will be the end-to-end coordination of investor roadshows, overseeing the entire process from initial planning and logistics through to on-site execution and post-event follow-up. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting listed clients while working closely alongside senior corporate finance professionals.
- Coordinate investor roadshows end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, on-site support, and post-event follow-up
- Prepare, distribute, and update roadshow feedback reports
- Support client communications with institutional investors and senior stakeholders
- Use Salesforce to maintain and update databases of investors, tracking activity, research, market updates
- Develop investor materials, company reports, and presentations for listed clients
- Assist with investor meetings, client pitches, and broader corporate broking initiatives
- Work closely with Sales, Specialist Sales, and Research teams to identify and target non-holder investors, including conducting relevant research
- Organise investor group lunches, seminars, and other events, including sourcing suitable venues
