City based. 4 days in office working 08.45-09.00 - 1 day remote. Immediate Start.

We are looking for an established EA for a one year fixed-term contract starting May 12th 2025 with one of our long standing clients. The Executive Assistant will provide robust organisational support to two senior MD’s and will play a critical role in working with partners, clients and the wider department. The Executive Assistant must have previous experience working within Investment Banking, and a calm, organised and flexible approach.

Please note: You MUST have Investment Banking experience to be considered.

  • Complex diary management for MD’s
  • Extensive multi-stop travel arrangements including itineraries
  • Organise corporate events and dinners
  • Processing expenses
  • Regularly update company CRM (Salesforce) contact database
  • Ensure all meeting documentation is prepared ahead of meetings
  • Extensive stakeholder liaison

What you’ll need:

  • 5 years+ experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and able to take initiative
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a team

Salary will be dependent upon experience.
