This is a varied, hands‑on role that combines project coordination with office and team support. Working closely with colleagues across the business in a friendly and cohesive environment, you'll play a central role in keeping projects on track, ensuring the office runs smoothly, and supporting a collaborative, high‑performing team.

The Role

As Team & Project Coordinator, you'll act as a central point of coordination for the wider team, supporting projects from initial planning through to completion while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Team & Office Coordination

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Health & Safety files.
  • Support Project Managers with project administration, scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate site documentation, deliveries, couriers and equipment logistics.
  • Maintain project administration systems and provide user support where required.
  • Raise purchase orders, coordinate procurement requests and arrange client gifts.
  • Assist with pre-construction administration, supplier onboarding and client documentation.

About You

You'll be an organised, adaptable and solutions-focused coordinator who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Team Coordinator, Office Manager or Business Support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the confidence to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • A flexible, positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Salary will be dependent upon experience.
