They are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Growth Marketing Lead (B2C) to own and scale their digital acquisition and performance marketing engine. This is a pivotal role within the business. Your remit is to align growth strategy, channel performance, and commercial outcomes across platforms, partners, and sales.
You will lead client acquisition through data-led experimentation, funnel optimisation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and integrated multi-channel activity, with a clear focus on lead quality, lifetime value, and sustainable, repeatable growth. This role suits someone who wants to be deeply embedded in the business. Key Responsibilities- Own and lead the end-to-end digital acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, and supporting channels
- Set clear performance targets and hold external agencies accountable to commercial outcomes
- Drive ongoing experimentation across channels, creatives, landing pages, and funnels
- Optimise the full acquisition journey from first touch through to qualified, sales-ready enquiries
- Partner closely with the sales team to align lead definitions, feedback loops, and conversion metrics
- Analyse performance data to surface insights and prioritise opportunities
- Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and client lifetime value through smarter targeting and messaging
- Build scalable, repeatable growth systems aligned to long-term business objectives
- 5+ years’ experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing (B2C), ideally in financial services or regulated consumer products.
- Proven experience working closely with sales teams and external marketing agencies
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, and conversion optimisation in consumer markets
- Data-savvy, with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and performance dashboards
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Thrives in fast-scaling, performance-driven environments with high expectations
- Brings a strong personal work ethic and genuine obsession with results, progress, and improvement
