Front of House Manager | Permanent | Office-Based | 08:30-17:00
We are seeking an experienced and professional Front of House Manager to join a well-established organisation based in the heart of London's West End, serving a prestigious client base of leading SMEs and FTSE-listed companies. You will lead a team of five across two floors, ensuring a welcoming, polished and efficient reception service. Responsibilities include overseeing visitor services, hospitality and meeting room facilities, supporting facilities management and maintaining health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee visitor procedures, hospitality, meeting room support, stock control and equipment servicing.
- Monitor budgets and expenditure, review invoices, track variances and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage supplier contracts, renewals, service levels and contractor performance, ensuring value for money.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, security and other contractors, tracking building faults and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate contract and financial records and prepare operational updates covering outstanding issues, costs, risks and recommended actions.
Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a Front of House function, with the confidence to lead a small team and ensure consistently high service standards. They will be comfortable monitoring budgets and expenditure, have a sound understanding of health and safety regulations, and bring a professional, polished and articulate manner, with a strong focus on customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
