An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly driven and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support four Managing Directors and the wider legal team within a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless running of a busy and high-performing function. The successful candidate will be confident managing competing priorities, anticipating needs before they arise, and building strong relationships at all levels. Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating complex meetings, international travel, and schedules
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing presentations, documents, reports, and meeting materials
  • Supporting wider team coordination and administrative processes
  • Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and contributing to initiatives within the EA community, including social and engagement committees
