Executive Assistant to CEO
West London Hybrid
£60,000-70,000 + benefits
Our client is a fast-growth consultancy firm with a range of financial and environmental businesses within their portfolio. Due to expansion, they have created a new opportunity supporting the CEO and one other director in all aspects of Business assistance.
Acting as a conduit throughout this international business of 800+ employees, you will act as a right-hand support to an extremely dynamic and personable CEO as the organisation goes through a time of transformation. You will also provide some EA support to one other (relatively) self-sufficient director within the business.
You will look after an incredibly busy inbox, coordinate the Board meetings and collate the documentation for Board.
The ideal candidate will have previous C-suite experience in a business that has grown rapidly and where priorities change on a regular basis. You will have a proactive, professional approach and will be able to pre-empt any potential issues for the CEO and his team.
Strong communication skills and business acumen are a requirement for this role. You should be confident in pushing back, where appropriate and will be used to working within a global firm. The culture is pacey, but collaborative, with stunning offices in West London, near lots of transport links. They can offer 1 day working from home.
Salary is dependent on experience.
