This is an exceptional opportunity to step into the heart of the UK’s theatre industry, supporting two dynamic Co-Chief Executives at a leading membership association representing the vibrant world of live performance.
Based in the West End, you’ll play a pivotal role at the centre of strategic decision‑making — ensuring the smooth running of the CEO Office while contributing to governance, planning and high‑profile industry engagement.
The Role
As Executive Assistant to the Co‑CEOs, you will provide outstanding, confidential and proactive support — operating as a trusted partner, ambassador and organisational lynchpin.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
- Complex diary management, travel and accommodation coordination
- Managing expenses and approval processes
- Preparing high‑quality briefing papers, board packs and meeting notes
- Monitoring CEO inboxes and responding to member and stakeholder queries
- Acting as a key representative for the Co‑CEOs across the organisation and industry
Governance & Board Support
- Managing the annual governance cycle
- Coordinating Board and committee meetings end‑to‑end
- Collating quarterly reports and tracking progress against the business plan
- Supporting risk management and business planning cycles
- Conducting desktop research, sourcing quotes and drafting options papers
Stakeholder & Organisational Engagement
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ensuring smooth communication flow between the CEOs, Executive Team and Presidents
- Managing the Executive Team meeting tracker and weekly updates
- Supporting staff engagement initiatives including team breakfasts and industry insight sessions
