Our client, a boutique Investment Bank, that assists in raising capital for funds managed by some of the largest private equity firms, hedge funds, real assets and real estate funds in the world, are seeking a proactive, organised and forward thinking EA to support 4 Managing Directors.
This is a super busy and all encompassing role that requires high attention to detail, scheduling & co-ordinating busy / changeable diaries, co-ordinatin of European travel, lunches and events. Our ideal candidate will have had previous EA experience supporting a busy international team in a fast paced and client facing environment, superb organisational skills, strong attention to detail and competent MS Office skills.
Role duties will include:-
- Proactively manage multiple complex diaries, anticipating requirements, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings to make best possible use of their time, whilst using initiative to identify, anticipate and resolve conflicts and manage changes at short notice; Support the teams with updating and maintaining details on Salesforce.
- Arranging meetings and calls across various time zones as required;
- Be the main point of contact for all MD's during any periods of absences away from the desk (including answering phones)
- Co-ordinate Managing Directors expenses through Concur to ensure the reports are submitted within the required deadline and with all supporting documentation;
- Anticipate, manage and coordinate European and International travel for the teams, ensuring timely preparation to include visa applications, whilst adhering to the firm's travel policy to ensure cost efficiency at all times.
- Organise events for the teams to include client lunches, dinners, conferences any other ad hoc team entertainment
