Our client is a rapidly growing bank, scaling up in the UK and Europe and we are urgently hiring for a Recruitment Manager to join their dynamic Human Resources team in the city. In this high‐impact role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across the organisation while delivering a seamless end‐to‐end recruitment experience. You'll play a key role in strengthening their employer brand, enhancing onboarding, improving recruitment processes, and reducing turnover across all business areas.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage full recruitment campaigns across the Bank
- Develop and enhance recruitment strategies, policies, and processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
- Create job descriptions, draft job adverts, and assess applications
- Participate in first- and second‐stage interviews
- Conduct labour market research and support salary/benefits benchmarking
- Analyse recruitment operations and propose improvements
- Stay updated on relevant legislation (GDPR, IR35) and assess its impact
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in agency or in‐house recruitment, managing multiple campaigns
- Banking/financial services experience is highly advantageous
- Degree‐qualified in a relevant discipline
- Strong interviewing skills with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- Proficient in recruitment technology and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Talent Hub, ATS systems, Lanteria Recruitment Module)
- Experience designing recruitment processes and contributing to talent‐related projects
