We are seeking a confident and professional Corporate Receptionist to join a prestigious investment firm based in Victoria. This is a fast‑paced, client‑facing role within a small, collaborative team. The position is varied and highly visible, requiring someone who thrives in a dynamic corporate environment and takes pride in delivering a first‑class front‑of‑house experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting all clients and visitors with a polished, professional approach
- Managing and coordinating meeting room bookings and schedules
- Arranging client lunches and hospitality requirements
- Booking and coordinating courier services
- Liaising with suppliers and external vendors
- Managing visitor access and security procedures
- Handling incoming deliveries and ensuring smooth internal distribution
