Working alongside another Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the business, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience for visitors and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing meeting rooms, including bookings, set-up, and refreshments
  • Liaising with couriers, suppliers, and building management
