We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Executive to join a small but friendly team within a growing company that provides specialist investment systems and tools to clients in the finance and banking sector. Due to continued growth and product expansion, the business is looking to strengthen its client-facing operations team.
About the Role
As a Client Services Executive, you will be part of the team responsible for supporting clients and users across the company’s core product suite. You will help ensure smooth delivery of services, respond to client enquiries, and contribute to the ongoing success of business operations. This is an exciting opportunity for customer focussed and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is looking to grow their career in financial technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and provide timely, accurate support
- Use internal systems to maintain and update client data and product information
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring they are well-supported
- Help manage regular operational tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Support internal teams on various projects and service improvements
- Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate where necessary
