Our longstanding client is seeking a temporary Secretarial Administrator to provide support to their panel committee members.
Overview:
- Contract: 3-6 months
- Hours: 8:30am- 5:00pm
- Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH
- £15-£16 per hour
At the heart of this role is the requirement for a strong and disciplined approach combined with an exceptional eye for detail and patient nature. This is an inviting office with a high level of professionalism.
The main role requires providing administrative, co-ordination and secretarial support to the Panel and Panel Committees, including:
- Attending meetings and taking minutes.
- Publishing and submitting papers, agendas, actions, headline reports, minutes, slides, including finalising and collating these items as required.
- Supporting the development of agendas, annual meeting schedules, papers related to Committee activities e.g. membership changes, meeting dates etc.
- Arranging meetings and seeking member availability.
- Supporting Chair members as required.
- Assisting members as required, such as booking travel and providing relevant training.
- Maintaining meeting and membership records, including standing list of experts and supporting production of management reporting.
- Monitoring and managing relevant mailboxes.
- Processing committee expenses and requisitions.
