What You'll Be Doing
- Engage with customers and clients to address any queries relating to services and offer empathetic and thoughtful support.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions on CRM systems, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Develop a deep industry knowledge to accurately guide customers towards the right products and services with clarity and confidence.
- Handling customer concerns with sensitivity, escalating cases where appropriate.
- Sharing customer feedback to help enhance services and improve the overall experience.
- Collaborating with colleagues to uphold a high standard of service and contribute to team-wide insights.
