Our client, a boutique investment firm with a friendly, sociable, and highly collaborative culture, is seeking a PA / Team Assistant to join their welcoming West End office. Working closely alongside an experienced PA, the role offers outstanding exposure and the chance to further develop your PA and business support skills within a hands-on, varied, and dynamic setting where no two days are the same.
You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering a polished and client-focused experience for visitors and stakeholders alike.
PA responsibilities will include:
- Diary and calendar management
- Coordinating travel arrangements for senior executives
- Organising meetings, team lunches, and social events
- Supporting wider business functions including marketing, compliance, and finance
You will also liaise regularly with the Paris office, providing valuable international exposure and the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Assisting with the overall organisation and presentation of the office environment
- Supporting office management duties such as ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating daily team lunches
- Liaising with suppliers and building management when required
The role will also involve supporting marketing and business development activities, including:
- Maintaining CRM systems
- Updating client information and meeting notes
- Assisting with ongoing projects and business initiatives
