Our client, a friendly and well-established West End law firm, is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Assistant to join their close-knit team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career who enjoys variety and wants to gain experience across the business. The firm has a low staff turnover and a supportive, open-door culture, where everyone is happy to help each other during busy periods.
There is also the opportunity to develop your career into a Legal Administrator or Legal Secretary role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls
- Managing and distributing post
- Delivering documents to the Courts (approximately once a week)
- Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms
- Filing and general administration
- Updating the database
- Producing high-quality correspondence
- Using Microsoft Office packages
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
