Our client, an international technology firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to act as a strategic partner to the CEO. This newly created role is ideal for a senior EA who operates beyond traditional support and thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

You will take full ownership of the CEO’s diary, communications and priorities, ensuring focus remains on the most critical areas of the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing executive communications
  • Coordinating key projects and reporting
  • Attending internal meetings on behalf of the CEO
  • Overseeing a Personal Assistant supporting the wider C-suite

This role offers a clear career path with structured objectives, regular feedback and long-term development within a global tech organisation.

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives
  • Highly organised with excellent judgement and discretion
  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills
  • Expert MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
