Our client is a fast-growing executive search firm specialising in the investment sector. Due to continued business growth, they are looking to hire a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Founder and one of the firm's top-performing Consultants in this newly created role. This is a varied and fast-paced position, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in the smooth running of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating interviews and client meetings
  • Organising client and team events from planning through to delivery
  • Liaising with clients, candidates, and other senior stakeholders on behalf of the Founder and Consultant
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support
  • Ensuring priorities are managed effectively in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role
  • Experience working in a client-facing, fast-paced professional services environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach
