Base pay range
Our client is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director on both a business and private level. This is a varied and diverse one to one role in a friendly, collaborative and open office. Working in a mid-size office, our ideal candidate will be a competent and passionate EA with prior experience of supporting on a one to one basis. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a proactive and forward thinking approach, good communication skills and a sense of humour.
Responsibilities
- Full inbox and business diary management for the MD
- Calendar management / organising the diary/ travel management
- Assisting with client meeting research and preparation
- Liaising with Clients/ PAs: continuation of key business relationships
- Board meeting preparation and minute taking (Bi Monthly)
- Document management and organisation (idea management and implementation)
- Light support to Board of Directors
- Private PA Support: Social diary management, expense management, booking trips/ weekends away/holidays/lunches (Sailing/ Shooting trips)
