Training: Flexibility to attend the Newcastle office for a few days during the first few weeks for initial training
Rate: £150.60 + holiday pay

Our client is a leading global professional services company is looking for a talented Resourcing Specialist to join its European Sourcing team. With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration and delivering exceptional talent, they are looking for someone who can bring creative sourcing strategies and a proactive approach to identifying the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent.
- Review CVs and conduct initial phone or video screening for candidate skills, experience and language capabilities.
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a strong ambassador for the organisation.
About You
- Fluent in German and English
- Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, customer service or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment systems.
- Proactive, organised and confident engaging with candidates.
