We’re supporting a UK-based prime contractor operating across public sector frameworks in their search for a Bid Coordinator to join their tendering team. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the bid lifecycle — managing EOIs, RFIs and ITTs from receipt through to submission and follow-up, acting as the key link between customers and delivery partners.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end bid processes and meeting strict deadlines
- Interpreting tender documentation and coordinating partner responses
- Handling clarifications and submissions via procurement portals
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting reporting
- Acting as a key point of contact across phone, email, and video
