We are looking for a Temporary Training Programme Administrator on behalf of a well-respected membership organisation to support their busy CPD and Training teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service. This is not an entry-level administration role; we're looking for someone who can work confidently and independently, managing routine enquiries and administrative processes with accuracy and professionalism.

The Role

As a Temporary Training Programme Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of training and CPD programmes. Working closely with the CPD team and National Training Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting course administration, and providing excellent service to members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain pre-course and post-course attendance records.
  • Update attendee information including cancellations, withdrawals, transfers, and non-attendance.
  • Respond to routine member enquiries regarding course schedules, joining instructions, attendance records, and general programme administration.
  • Produce registration lists and attendance reports for tutors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support administration for wider training programmes through routine data entry and record management.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and assist with general administrative tasks, filing, and record keeping.
  • Identify and flag incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear information to maintain data accuracy.
  • Provide note-taking and minute-taking support as required.

Decision Making & Escalation

You'll be trusted to resolve routine administrative matters independently, while recognising when issues require escalation. This includes complaints, policy exceptions, disputed attendance records, accessibility requirements, conduct concerns, or situations where guidance is needed.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven administrative experience within a busy office or team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively.
  • Professional and clear written communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, shared inboxes, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • An understanding of GDPR and the importance of handling information confidentially.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to member or stakeholder enquiries.
  • Minute-taking experience would be advantageous.

If you're an organised and experienced administrator looking for your next temporary opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
