Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Legal Operations Assistant to join their London Bridge office. This client is a rapidly growing tech company, providing specialised services to help their customers prepare for, and find support during difficult life events. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be ready to take initiative.
Overview
Hours: 9am-5:30pm
Location: London Bridge
Working Model: On-site, 5 days
Contract: Temporary, 6 weeks
Pay Rate: £115-£116 per day
Start date: Early September
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing both simple and complex legal documents ensuring accuracy and receiving confirmation of requirements from the clients.
- Liaise with selected LPA's and record confidential data on the relevant systems.
- Process and send LPA documents and prepare internal tracking.
- Acknowledge any changes in regulation relating to the industry to ensure the best level of service is provided.
- Adhere to the company's strict confidentiality and data protection guarantee when handling client information.
- Provide the business with additional administrative support relating to legal measures when required.
Key Skills
- Have 1+ years of experience as a legal administrator in an office-based role and have a strong interest in the legal field.
- Can manage high-volume workloads while adhering to the company's standards of detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks based on importance.
- Committed to client confidentiality and the protection of personal information.
- Familiarity with Hubspot/ CRM Systems.
