6 months FULL TIME HYBRID - 2 days per week London based. Our client, a Global Consultancy is looking for a Graduate Recruiter to join their Early Talent Team. The core responsibility of the Graduate Recruiter is working closely to help support and fill a high volume of roles in our Graduate Programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Employer Brand Projects: Support the delivery of employer branding projects within the Early Talent Recruitment Team, that highlight our unique value proposition to the student and graduate market, reinforcing our position as a leading employer for Technology.
- Market Data and Audience Insights: Gather and analyse market data, including higher institution demographic data, to understand candidate profiles. Use these insights to identify trends and adjust brand attraction strategies, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and enhancing our ability to attract diverse talent.
- University Relations & Partnerships: Forge connections with target universities and third-party organisations to promote our employer brand.
- Sourcing Events: Design and deliver engaging sourcing events, from on-campus skills sessions to networking events and presentations. Leverage these events to boost our brand's visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates.
- Interviewing: Conduct a high-volume of task-based and business strengths interviews per week during peak assessment periods.
- Candidate Experience: Support candidates throughout their journey to ensure a smooth and positive experience, reducing offer reneges. Embed our brand values in every touchpoint to enhance candidate perception and loyalty.
Skills/Qualifications
- Excellent market knowledge
- Understanding of technology roles, skills sets, certifications and transferable skills
- Strong experience in resourcing for high volume technology roles
- Confident user of LinkedIn and job boards to generate applications
- Understanding of the Early Talent Recruitment Market and student job search trends
- Employment law regarding Selection and Assessment (e.g. data privacy, discrimination)
- Knowledge of Selection and Assessment processes/best practice
