Our client, a global oil and gas organisation, is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their busy front‑of‑house team on an immediate 3 week temporary assignment starting on Thursday the 2nd of July.

Please only apply for the role if you are available immediately and are available to cover the entire 3‑week temporary assignment. This role is ideal for an experienced receptionist who has previously worked within a fast‑paced corporate environment and is confident managing a high‑profile reception desk. Working as part of a team of two, you will be the face of the business, delivering an exceptional visitor experience while ensuring the smooth running of reception.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and calendars.
  • Organise client lunches and catering.
  • Arrange couriers and manage deliveries.
  • Oversee visitor access and liaise with suppliers.
  • Provide switchboard cover when required.
  • Assist with office events and maintain a professional reception area.
