Fully office-based role (with the flexibility to work from home every other Monday). Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 M-F. Our client, a boutique investment firm with a friendly, sociable, and highly collaborative culture, is seeking a PA / Team Assistant to join their welcoming West End office. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-paced and professional environment, providing key administrative and operational support to both senior executives and the wider team.
Working closely alongside an experienced PA, the role offers outstanding exposure and the chance to further develop your PA and business support skills within a hands-on, varied, and dynamic setting where no two days are the same. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering a polished and client-focused experience for visitors and stakeholders alike.
PA responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and calendar management
- Coordinating travel arrangements for senior executives
- Organising meetings, team lunches, and social events
- Supporting wider business functions including marketing, compliance, and finance
- Liaising regularly with the Paris office
- Welcoming visitors and preparing meeting rooms
- Managing travel bookings and meeting schedules
- Assisting with the overall organisation and presentation of the office environment
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating daily team lunches
- Liaising with suppliers and building management when required
- Supporting marketing and business development activities
- Maintaining CRM systems and updating client information
- Assisting with ongoing projects and business initiatives
- Helping coordinate client events, company socials, inductions, onboarding processes, and wider internal projects
