Temp to Permanent Administrator Role – Rail Services £15 per hour + holiday pay

Location: Rugby

Fully Office Based: 5 days per week

Starting Immediately.

Are you an organised and detail-oriented Administrator with an advanced Excel skill set looking to join a dynamic and fast paced team? If the answer is yes we are looking for an Administrator to support our client’s Rail team in delivering an efficient and optimised service. You will have experience working in a busy and detail orientated Administrative role for a minimum of one year prior.

Key Responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Track and manage safety work packs for Network Rail, ensuring timely submission
  • Provide general administrative support and data input on various key systems
  • Any other administrative reasonable duties as required

The ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals at all levels and use a range of communication methods including face to face, telephone and email communication will be paramount to the successful execution of this role. Excellent organisation skills, including ability to prioritise and work within contractual deadlines will be vital.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Word & Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
