Customer services coordinator £30,000 Based SW London (Hybrid working). Our client is a growing managed service that supports vulnerable children and young people through specialist educational programmes. Working in partnership with local authorities, parents, tutors, and teachers, they coordinate tailored learning support for children with a range of complex needs. They are seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join their close-knit team. Acting as a central hub for learner onboarding and ongoing case coordination, this role combines customer service, administration, and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating referrals and onboarding new learners.
  • Liaising with parents, tutors, teachers, and local authority contacts.
  • Managing schedules, cancellations, and changes to tutoring provision.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation using Zoho CRM.
  • Producing reports and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Supporting sensitive and sometimes challenging cases, including children with complex disabilities and serious health conditions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in customer service, client coordination, recruitment, education, healthcare, or administration.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A consultative, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
