About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and extensive diary management support to 2 senior executives plus the wider team on an ad hoc basis. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings
- Organising national and international travel arrangements
- Preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and documentation
- Taking meeting minutes and following up on action points
- Screening calls, managing correspondence, and acting as a key point of contact
- Coordinating events, meetings, and internal communications
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure
- A proactive, flexible, and professional approach
- High levels of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
