Our client is a well-established non-profit organisation at the heart of community development, working in partnership with local businesses and government to drive positive change. Based in the City, the team is small, dynamic, and passionate about delivering key events and initiatives that enhance the lives of both workers and residents – from cultural experiences to sporting events.
They are now recruiting for a 13-month maternity cover, with the potential for a permanent opportunity in marketing or events, once that contract is completed.
The Role
This is a pivotal role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider team, including direct support to the CEO. Your responsibilities will be varied and impactful, including:
- Diary management and travel arrangements for the CEO
- Minuting meetings, including Board and Steering Committee sessions
- Coordinating and supporting events alongside the Events Manager – from logistics to community engagement
- Liaising with suppliers and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and distributing meeting actions and follow-up documentation
About You
We\\\’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant, confident in a fast-paced environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You\\\’ll need to be able to manage multiple priorities, build strong working relationships, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
